As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will handle day-to-day supply chain operations, order management and documentation while ensuring efficient liaision with suppliers, warehouses, and customers across the Middle East and Africa. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, import/export regulations, and excellent data analysis and communication skills to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze stock levels and market needs, place global orders with suppliers and manage back orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare import/export documents in compliance with destination country requirements and regulations (Incoterms 2020, LCC, and customs formalities).
• Arrange and track shipments for customers across the Middle East and Africa.
• Analyze key performance indicators and assist in the planning of operational budgets.
• Adopt a Kaizen mindset for operational improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and addressing complex issues.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field + Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Letter of Credit analysis, Bank Guarantee, and procurement techniques. Must be aware of MENA & Africa region regulations.
• Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with high accuracy in daily operations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment and maintain customer-oriented services.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities, including the possibility of extended hours when needed.
