Our client is an international engineering company. Based in Dubai, the ideal incumbent will be responsible for handling and processing customer orders and enquiries for the MENA region, followup on orders, closely liaising with customers, providing support to the customers on product related queries, pricing, timelines and complaints. Applicant sought will be a graduate with 3-5 years of related experience in order processing, import export documentation and customer experience.
